COVID-19 UPDATE:

For 40 years, Stanberry Insurance has made protecting our clients throughout Western North Carolina our top priority.

With the events surrounding the Covid-19 virus we feel it is in the best interest of everyone to close our offices to the outside public. The health of our employees, their families and our clients must take priority above all else.

While you may not be able to walk into our office, we can assure you that we WILL REMAIN OPEN for business. We will be able to service any insurance needs that may occur inclusive of claims, payments and new policies with a phone call, through email or by using the postal service.

Yes, claims will continue as well as support you will need, and we want to make sure that you know we are committed to providing the same excellent service that you have come to expect from Stanberry Insurance.

Frequent payment questions:

I normally come to your office and make a payment by check. How will I do this now? – Most of the insurance companies we represent will allow you to call them directly and pay over the phone with a check. – You may also call us, and we can help you with this process.

I need to make a payment and only have cash. How do I do that?
We recommend depositing that into your bank account and paying with a debit card or check. If you don’t have a bank account, we recommend getting a money order or cashier’s check from your bank and mailing the payment directly to the insurance company – If you need mailing information, please call us and we can assist you.

FYI: All insurance companies will allow you to make payments online over their website with a debit or credit card and most will allow you to pay over the phone.

Lastly, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult circumstances and we are here to help you any way we can!

Sincerely,

Scott Stanberry | Kevin Stanberry
