Individual Life & Health Plans

  • Dental Insurance

    Provides coverage for preventive care including cleanings, xrays, fillings, extractions, dentures, and crowns

  • Disability Income

    Protects your paycheck in the event that you were to become disabled. Benefits are paid directly to you to help support your lifestyle even if you are out of work.

  • Health Insurance PPO

    Provides co-pays for doctors visits and prescription drug costs and protect from catastrophic loss.

  • Health Savings Account Eligible Plans

    With this type of plan, you pay contracted rates with your doctors until you reach your out of pocket maximum, then most services would be covered at 100%. These plans include the ability to set up a health savings account which allow you to make contributions and pay for medical expenses with tax free dollars.

  • Long Term Care Insurance

    Health Insurance and Medicare pay less than 2% of all expenses associated with long term or respite care, assisted living or home health care. These plans are designed to pay you a per day benefit to help cover such expenses and help you plan for the future.

  • Medicare Advantage Plans

    Assigning Medicare Benefits and using an insurance company to handle all of your health insurance needs. Similar to PPO’s, these plans are available for Medicare Beneficiares.

  • Medicare Supplement Insurance

    Guarantee issue amounts range from $15,000 up to $40,000 depending on the size of the company.
